You can select your delivery date at the time of checkout. If you are based in the Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Adelaide metro areas, our friendly delivery team will be in touch via SMS a few days prior to your scheduled delivery to confirm a 3-hour window for delivery. We will also send you a text message the day before delivery to confirm your timeslot.
If you are based outside these metro areas, your order will be delivered by one of our partner couriers. Information about your dispatch will be emailed to you when your order leaves our warehouse, and the courier will contact you by phone prior to delivery. In most cases, you will also receive a tracking number to track your order.
